Offers Received, Negotiated & Accepted- We'll walk you through every offer together, talk through your options, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome.

Backup Offer Accepted- Having a backup offer in place means there's another qualified buyer ready to step in if anything falls through with the primary offer. It's a great safety net.

Inspections & Appraisal Completed- These are standard parts of the process and we'll be right there with you to navigate any findings.

Property Closes- You'll sign the final documents, hand over the keys, and officially close this chapter.
